With these terms of use, the user of the website can be informed about the operation of the e-shop, the rights and obligations of the parties in order to better serve him in the search and purchase of the products he wishes to buy and to facilitate the transaction that wants to carry out. The terms refer exclusively to the transactions you carry out through our online store.
We urge you to read these terms carefully before using the e-shop, as using the services of the online store and sending orders means that the user consents and unconditionally accepts the terms set forth herein. The Company makes every effort to ensure that the content of the online store includes complete, accurate, true, valid and non-misleading information. In any case, however, the company is not responsible and the users accept the possibility of the company not being able to control all of its content and the services of the online store.

In our online store you will find tiles and sanitary items that you can also get from our physical store.
We cannot guarantee the availability of the products, but we make every effort to list on our website the products that are not available and in any case we will inform you in a timely manner if the product you have chosen is ultimately not available. In this case we will contact you to modify or cancel your order.
PRICES OF PRODUCTS
All prices quoted include VAT, but do not include shipping or cash on delivery costs, which may vary depending on current promotions and/or shipping method and method (see below).
The company reserves the right to change the prices of the products sold without prior notice.
ORDERS
Placing an order through our online store constitutes a distance sales contract and is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, as amended and in force. After receiving your order, a confirmation message will be sent to you via e-mail, to the address you indicate to us when sending the order.

PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS
The company, with the aim of facilitating transactions as well as providing you with immediate service, provides the following payment options:

SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
The company, with the aim of facilitating transactions as well as providing you with immediate service, provides the possibility of sending and delivering products throughout Greece and Cyprus with a cooperating courier company.
We make every effort to dispatch your products as soon as possible, however please be aware that there may often be delays beyond our control.
WITHDRAWAL
If you have made a purchase from our online store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
You should notify us beforehand of the withdrawal by e-mail: [email protected], on the following telephone number: 2552025002 or on the product return form by filling in your name and your bank account details (bank name, account number – IVAN ) in order to refund the money you paid and you must return the products you purchased in the condition in which you received them within 14 days, i.e. bring the box packaging unused as well as all the included accessories where they are offered. If it is found that the products have been used, they will be sent back to the customer.
A proof of purchase is also required.
Return costs will be at your expense.
The refund is for the value of the product and not any shipping costs.
RETURN PRODUCTS
We accept product returns within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return will not be accepted. If it is found that the products have been used, they will be sent back to the customer. A proof of purchase is also required.
The costs of the return and possible repeat shipment will be at your expense.
If the return is accepted, after checking the returned product, we will inform you either by phone or by e-mail to the e-mail address you have indicated, on how to process your request.
If you want a refund: In case of purchase with a credit card, the money will be credited back to your card. In case of cash on delivery, please send us your bank account (IBAN and bank name) so that we can deposit the money. Refunds are made within 14 working days of receipt of the product. Please note that any shipping costs you have paid for the delivery of the product are non-refundable. In the event that a refund occurs without the product being defective, then the return costs are at your expense. Changes are processed after we receive the product within 3-5 business days.
The refund is for the value of the product and not any shipping costs.
The company is not responsible and has no obligation to compensate for any damage resulting from the cancellation of an order or from the delay in its execution for any reason.

The entire content of our online store is the intellectual and industrial property of the company and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek, European and international law.
